Berry Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana1/2 c. fresh pineapple chunks1 c. frozen blueberries / black raspberry mix (organic)1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt1 c. spinach leaves (organic)3-4 kale leaves with stem removed (organic)1/2 small avocado1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder2 c. cold water
Directions
Wash, cut and prep all ingredients.
Start with 2 c water in high speed blender and blend in ingredients one at a time, adding the protein powder last.
