Almond milk pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup whole wheat PASTRY flour1/2 t baking soda1 t baking powder1 egg1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk1/2 cup plain yogurt ( I used greek)
1. Sift together dry ingredients
2. Combine wet ingredients
3. Pour liquid ingredients into dry and stir until dry ingredients are blended with liquid. Do not over mix.
Leave a little lumpy.
4. Fry on hot greased griddle, turning once after bubbles have burst on top side.
Serving Size: Makes 8 medium size pancakes
