Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cupEgg White - Naturegg, 0.5 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 cuprosemary, thyme or any flavoring you likesalt and peppersea salt (for sprinkling)
mix the dry ingredients, including the flavorings, but not the sea salt. pour the egg white in and mix. let dough rest for 5 minutes until it's a dry ball. cut in 3 equal size balls and roll 1 ball very thin, like a cracker, between parchemin paper or 2 silpats. sprinkle with sea salt. cut squares, transfer the paper or silpat onto a large baking sheet of appropriate size and bake at 350 for 10 min. flip over with spatula and bake for 3 more minutes. let cool on a rack. repeat with remaining dough balls. store in air tight container. should keep about 10 days? they have never lasted that long at my house, hubby loves them too.
