4 potatoes sliced thinly [peeled]2 onions sliced thinly2 cups whole milk heated4 tbsn flour 2 tbsn butter salt & pepper1/4 cup grated cheese
layer potatoes in gratin dish top with some onion rings.
sprinkle flour salt & pepper, dot with butter.
repeat layers until ingredients are used up. [ finish with a potato layer.
top with grated cheese
pour warmed milk over
bake @350 about an hour
