White Chili - Slow Cooker

45 ounces white beans (cannelini or other)2 cups chicken broth1 large jar of your favorite salsa1 tsp ground cumin1 1/2 tsp ground oregano1 small onion2 lbs cooked chicken
For slow cooker style, take chicken and broth and cook on low for 1-2 hours. Add remaining ingreedients and simmer on low for 4-6 hours or until ready.
Makes 6 servings. Wonderful with fresh corn bread.
If you don't want to use the slow cooker, the same method can be used over the stove top. Just mis together (chicken already cooked) and simmer until ready.
