Southwestern Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 cup real Mayonaise (regular or reduced)1/4 cup Dijon Mustard2 TBLS fresh squeezed lime juice1 medium tomato, chopped1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped2 whole scallions, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 small garlic clove, mincedsalt and fresh ground pepper to taste16 new potatoes, cooked, drained and sliced 1/2 inch thick
Directions
Cook new potatoes leaving skin on. While potatoes are cooking combine the rest of the ingredients. Cool sliced potatoes and add to mixture and refrigerate for one hour.
