150 G Red Capsicum,chopped150 G Green Capsicum,chopped400 G Carrots,chopped200 G Red Onions,chopped600 G Eggplant,chopped380 G Tomatoes,chopped3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar2 Tablespoons Chilli,flakes or powder
Directions
Combine together in a roasting pan and roast at 200 C until done to your likeness.
