Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
3 chicken breast cubed (boneless and skinned)1 green pepper chopped1 serrano pepper, finely chopped3 TBLS garlic pressed1 cup diced onion2 cans enchilada sauce1 can of black beans1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Cook chicken, peppers, garlic and onion. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 15 min. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and serve
