1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Fresh rosemary, finely chopped 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 6 Tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp. Minced garlic 1/2 tsp.Pepper 1 steak USDA Choice Beef Sirloin1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except for steak. 2. Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly. Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place on a plate and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, turning occasionally. 3. Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Allow the steak to stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before grilling. 4. Grill the steak according to package directions. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
Grill steak to desired pinkness and serve!
