Low Sodium Paleo Spaghetti Sauce

1.25 lbs of 93% lean ground beef1 12oz container of sliced mushrooms1 red bell pepper chopped1 green bell pepper chopped1 large onion, chopped2 cans delmonte no salt added diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic1 can of hunts no salt added diced tomatoesgarlic powderred pepper flakes
Put tomatoes to the food processor to make sauce.
Cook Ground Beef.
Add 2 tbl of olive oil to skillet. Cook all veggies. add cooked ground beef. Cover and simmer to soften veggies. Pour sauce over. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is desired thickness.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes to taste.
serve over broccoli slaw (not included in nutritional values)
