Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.125 cupSoy Flour, .375 cup, stirredVanilla Extract, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 2 largeGranulated Sugar, 1 cupSemisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)Salt, 1 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspButter, unsalted, 1 stickBanana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Cream butter, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add eggs. Mix. Mash and add bananas. Mix. Add flours slowly while mixing. Fold in chocolate chips. Add to loaf pan and bake 60 minutes at 350 deg F.
