Ingredients
2 cups dry cottage cheese8 egg whites1 cup almond milk (or enough for correct consistency)1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp splenda1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp baking powderblend cottage cheese, egg whites, and milk until smooth. stir in dry ingredients just to combine. add mix-ins. cook by spoonful on hot griddle until brown on both sides.
