Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, choppedAlmonds slivered No Name - 1/3 cup*Flax Seed, .5 tbsp*Soy Vey Veri Veri Teriyaki, 3 tbspQuinoa, .25 c dry (.5 c cooked).5 tsp olive oil
Directions
rinse and cook the quinoa according to instructions, set aside.
Saute almonds and flax seed in .5 tsp olive oil, add cabbage and soy vey.
