Ingredients
2 cups chopped/diced carrots1 apple2 cups fresh pumpkin, cooked and drained3 1/2 cups Almond Breeze milk1/4 tsp salt2 tsps thyme
Directions
Prepare and cook carrots and pumpkin
Place all ingredients in food processor and puree with almond milk and seasonsing,

Heat thoroughly, stirring often
Approx. 1 1/2 cups per serving
