Spaghetti Squash Casserole

1 med. spaghetti squash1/2 cup chopped onion1 large pepper, chopped1 cup shredded cheese1 cup cottage cheese1 large tomato, sliced3 cups (one 1/2 pound container) sliced mushrooms1 Tbsp. unsalted butter1 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. basil1 tsp. garlic salt
Bake squash on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Melt butter and mix with flour. Add oregano, basil, and garlic salt. Mix all together and place in greased dishes (2 13X9 inch cake pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
