Shanna's Cabbage Salad with Peanut Dressing

3 tablespoons peanut butter3 tablespoons red or rice wine vinegar1 tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos (or tamari or soy sauce)1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (optional)1 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil2 teaspoons fresh ginger , minced½ teaspoon red pepper flakes , crushed4 cups napa cabbage , shredded1 small red bell pepper , thinly sliced1 large carrot , coarsely grated3 green onions , thinly sliced (2 tablespoons red onion thinly sliced is also nice addition)fresh cilantro (optional)sesame seed
Make the dressing by whisking together the first 7 ingredients (peanut butter through to red pepper flakes).
Chop up all the veg and then toss together with the dressing. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds to garnish if you wish. Enjoy!
