lisa's lovely lentil stew

Ingredients
2 cups of dry lentils 6 cups of water1 large yellow onion finely chopped2 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. basil6 large ripe tomatoes chopped2 large celery stalks finely chopped2 tsp. rosemary2 bay leavesadobo seasoning
Directions
cook lentils in water with onions and seasonings for 30 minutes on low heat. add tomatoes and celery and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes.
tastes best after it sits for a day.
