Ground Chicken, 16 oz Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced Eggplant, fresh, .33 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)*Quiona, 1 serving*Hodgson Mill Oat Bran hot cereal, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Steam veggies for 10 min, cook quinoa as directed and combine all ingredients, then pan fry
