Italian Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb b/s chicken tenders rawBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped*Summer Squash, 1 cup, slicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano,Garlic, 1 clove mincedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 ozOlive Oil, 1 tbspMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
Directions
Saute chicken in the olive oil. Add minced galic and stir. Then pour can of tomato over let this get warm then add all vegetables & seasoning on top cover and let steam vegetables until done. The last couple of minutes add mozzarella cheese to melt.
