Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium starchy potatoes2 medium onions1 cup cream (this recipe uses heavy, but coffee cream works as well, half and half will split)3 cups shredded cheddar1 tsp salt
Directions
Slice potato and onion. Alternate layers in casserole ending with potato.

Heat cream, add cheese and salt, stir until melted together.

Pour over potato. Bake at 325 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender and browned.
