Bacon wrapped water chestnuts (4 per serving)

Ingredients
12 bacon slices24 water chestnuts1/3 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup Soy or Worcestershire sauce1/3 cup Light MayoToothpicks
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap 1/2 strip around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake about 12-15 min. or until bacon is crisped to your liking.
Drain off bacon fat or transfer wraps to another pan.

While the wraps are baking, combine the brown sugar, mayo & Soy/Worcestershire sauce. Pour sauce over crispy water chestnuts.

Put back into over for another 10-15 min. or until sauce is heated through. Serve hot. These can be reheated.
