Oats & Banana Cookies

Ingredients
2.5 cups rolled oats1 tsp cinnamonpinch of salt2.5 cups of sliced bananas (4 medium ripe bananas)3 tbsp apple sauce1 tbsp tahini
Directions
Put oats, cinnamon and salt into food processor and blend until oats are crumbled. Mash bananas and mix all wet ingredients in a bowl. (frozen bananas work well, but thaw them first) Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
