Sweet and Savory Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2 slices light whole-wheat bread1/4 cup fat-free shredded cheese1/2 tsp (or to your liking) dijon mustard1 tsp no-sugar-added apple butter
Directions
Spread one slice of bread with apple butter, and the other with dijon mustard. Sprinkle cheddar over the apple butter slice and top with dijon side, "naked" side up. Spray with butter spray and cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.

Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
