Seviche

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped2 Haas avocados, coarsely chopped6 tbs. olive oil2 tbs. parsley, chopped1 cup lime juice1 serrano chile, chopped1 jalapeno chile, chopped1 tbs. ketchup1 tbs. white cooking wine2 tbs. cilantro, chopped10 cooked shrimp, choppedTortilla chips (for dipping)
Directions
Chop all ingredients in a blender or food processor except shrimp and avocado which should be hand chopped and more chunky. Combine all chopped and liquid ingredients in a bowl, mix well and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 servings.
