Ingredients
One egg, scrambledTwo slices of white breadOne tablespoon smooth peanut butter
Directions
Spread peanut butter on one side of one slice of bread. Place other slice on top of peanut butter and dredge in egg. Place on heated cast iron skillet and heat until egg is done and brown.
