you will need:2 tbsp of psyllium husk2 tbsp of flax seeds2 tbsp chunky natural peanut butter4 oz of fat free cream cheese1 tsp of chocolate extract2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar2 tbsp of shelled pistashio nuts1 cup of Kashi GoLean Cereal1 cup of Splenda FIber1 cup of Whey Isolate Chocolate Protein Powder1/2 cup of egg whites1/2 cup of sugar free chocolate Torani syrup 1 whisk1 large mixing bowlnonstick aluminum foil8 x 8 pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl first.
put cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and set to the side
after mixing all dry ingredients pour in all the wet ingredients.
put cream cheese and peanut butter mixture in microwave for 30 secs on high (helps to mix)
put mixture in bowl
spread mixture on an 8 x 8 pan with the pan lined with non stick aluminum.
cook for 15 min
place in fridge upon removal for 3 hours.
cut into 12 bars and enjoy!!!
