Easy Crockpot Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients
Chicken breasts, potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Quarter potatoes and place in bottom of crockpot. Lay chicken over potatoes, then put minced garlic and chopped onion over chicken. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, rosemary, salt & pepper and pour over chicken. Cook on High until chicken is done and potatoes are tender. Serve alone or with rice.
