Marinated grilled shrimp

Ingredients
16 oz shrimp (21-24 size)juice of 1 lemon2 T. olive oil2 T. old bay seasoning.5 tsp salt1 tsp pepperbamboo skewers
Directions
Marinate shrimp in lemon juice, olive oil and old bay. Soak bamboo skewers in water while shrimp marinates (about an hour). Skewer shrimp, 4 to a skewer and grill for 5-7 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 skewers of 4 each (serving is 2 skewers)
