Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 250 gramsSweet peppers (bell), 3 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" diaBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or dicedTurmeric, ground, 1 tbsp*Cumin seed, 2 tbsp*Garam Masala, 2 tspGarlic, 3 clove(remove)Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Directions
heat oil in fry pan add cumin seeds light fry until aroma hits you
add dice chicken, onions and garlic brown off
add broccoli, dice mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes
stir and lower heat add canned tomatoe (if lots of liquis from veg add 1/2 tin
add spices simmer until cooked
