Dry chicken curry, hot

Ingredients
3 chicken fillets, skinned1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric1 tablespoon ground coriander2 teaspoons black pepper1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder1 tspn oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds1 large onion, sliced1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds3 leaves fresh curry2 teaspoons ginger paste1 teaspoon garlic paste2 cups water1 cup coconut milk2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
Dry fry onions slowly until transparent.
Separately fry seeds and spices in 1 tspn oil until the seeds pop. Add chicken and seal. Add all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Yum.
