Smashed Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
1 large or 2 small heads cauliflower (cut up)1/4 C light sour cream1/4 C crumbled bacon 1 T dijon mustard1 tsp worchestershire sauce1/8 tsp garlic powderdash salt & pepper2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Steam cauliflower until tender. Place in a large bowl and roughly mash. In a small bowl mix sour cream, bacon, dijon, worchestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix sour cream mixture into smashed cauliflower. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, top with shredded cheese and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
