Dutch Pancake

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup milk (I used 2%)4 eggsDash of salt1/3 cup butter
Directions
Heat the oven to 400.
Load food processor bowl with flour, milk, eggs and salt.
Whirl for 5 minutes (a long time!) on high, perhaps stopping once to scrape down the sides.

Melt the 1/3 cup butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan in the oven.
Pour the batter into the melted butter and bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
Serve with fruit topping, maple syrup, jam, whatever. No toppings are figured in this nutritional calculation.
