2 C. Diced Tart Apples1 Tbsp. Splenda1 tsp. Lemon Juice1 Pinch Salt1/2 C. Chopped Celery1/2 C. Chopped Pitted Dates1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts1/4 C. Fat-Free Mayonnaise1/2 C. Whipping Cream1/4 C. Miniature Marshmallows
1. Place the apples in a medium serving bowl & sprinkle with Splenda, lemon juice, & salt. Stir in the celery, dates, & walnuts. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until it can hold a peak. Mix in mayonnaise & gently fold into the apple mixture along with the marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. before serving.
