Ingredients
onion- 1 medbasil-fresh, a large bunch choppedoregano, fresh a large bunch choppedcabbage, I use a half a large cabbagecauliflower. 1 head1 can pumpkinwater to coversoysauce to taste, I use a good splashcelery seed/ or celery to tasteI also will make it "curried" with curry spices, or a bit sweeter with garam marsalla. I will add any left over lettuce from salad, carrots, etc. tomatoes are good too!
Directions
I saute the onion in water, add all the veggis and cook until soft. NOT overdone. Puree with a want...serve with or without a protein, I add browned tempeh or white chicken for supper.a

Serving Size:�makes several good big bowls full~!
