Satay Sauce - easy

Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter1 cup water1 cup lite soy sauce4 tablespoons cayenne8 tablespoons garlic powder
Directions
Combine ingredients in a microwave safe container. Microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Stir until smooth.
You may microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds, but be careful not to burn the peanut butter.

Toss over your choice of meat, veggies, and/or grain.
