Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
1 C Applesauce, unsweetened1 C honey2 tsp Ground Cinnamon9 C quick oats(optional) 1/2 C slivered almonds (or other nuts)
Directions
Mix applesauce, honey, cinnamon. Warm in microwave for 30-60 seconds until runny consistency. Stir in oats. Will result in dry, crumbly mix (add nuts if desired). Bake at 350* for 30 minutes (stir halfway). Bake to desired consistency (dry and crumbly, crunchy if cooked longer)
