Spanish Paella

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)*1 can diced tomatoe, 0.7 serving (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)*White Rice, medium grain, 1.2 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1.8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Shrimp, raw, 12 medium (remove)Pimentos, 0.2 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in chicken, cut in medium pieces; cook 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and add saffron. Add tomatoes and bell pepper; cook 5 minutes.
Add rice and chicken broth, salt and pepper, stir and cook for 20 min, add shrimp and pimentos and cook for 3-5 min.
Serve with a lemon wedge.
