Ingredients
2 large potatoes1/2 cup of raw onion, chopped1 cup of green pepper, choppedpepper to taste1/2 tsp of garlic powder1/2 tsp of onion powder1/4 tsp of season salt1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Chop onions, green peppers & potatoes. Heat oil in pan on stovetop at medium-medium high (6). Put onions, green peppers & potoatoes in. Stir to get covered in oil. Top with seasonings & stir. Cover skillet. Stir occassionally so it doesn't stick.
