Slow-cooker Carolina pulled pork

2 c yellow mustard0.5 c honey1 c molasses0.5 c cider vinegar2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil0.5 tsp oregano, dried0.5 tsp thyme, dried0.5 tsp black pepper, black1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke3 lb pork tenderloin
Add all of the ingredients except for the pork to your slow cooker and turn it on high.
Stir ingredients until mixed
Add pork, cut into sections so that all of the pork is covered with sauce.
Cook on high for 6-8 hours
Pour out the barbecue sauce and simmer in a pot on the stove to reduce the sauce and make it less liquid
Pull the pork while waiting for the sauce to simmer
Add the sauce back to the pork
