Ingredients
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepperLemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsCilantro, raw, 4 tbspKosher Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Remove seeds from peppers if desired. (Leaving in the hot pepper seeds contributes greatly to the heat of the dish. You may use any hot pepper desired) Finely chop all vegetables and place in a medium bowl. Squeeze juice of a lemon into the mix, add fresh cilantro. Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste. For best results, let sit for at least 4-12 hours in the refrigerator for flavors to marry. Serve with chips, tacos, or on meat for a delicious meal!
