Greens and Mushroom Bisque

Ingredients
1 lb bag of frozen broccoli florets1 lb bag of frozen green beans2 large portabella mushrooms, sliced8oz tofu.5 cup baby carrots, coarsely chopped1 cup coarsely chopped celery1 onion, chopped3 stalks spring garlic, minced (this is seasonal, so if it's off-season, just sub with 3-5 cloves)2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest (or 2 cubes no-salt boullion)2 cups carrot juice4 cups water1/2 teaspoon cardamom1/2 cup raw cashews
Directions
Throw all ingredients except for cashews into the bot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Blend the cashews with some of the liquid until it's smooth. Add to pot towards the end.
