Standard Paella/low on rice Paella

Ingredients
1 large onion, diced2 Tbsp garlic, minced3 stalks celery, diced3 large red bell peppers, cut into chunks3 large green bell peppers, cut into chunks1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks6 oz, Hillshire farms turkey smoked sausage, cut up 4 oz chicken breast, cut into chunks2 cans tomatoes3 medium zucchini, cut into chunks2 yellow squash, cut into chunks1/2 c parsley4 Tbsp rosemary3 cups brown rice (cooked with water,saffron and salt)14 oz shrimp4 oz salmon, cut into chunks
Directions
Brown onion in oil and chop other ingredients, adding them and stirring as you go, make sure chicken and sausage are browned before you put in the canned tomatoes. When you get to the seafood, add, stir, cover and turn to low. Simmer 10 minutes and you are done.
