Ingredients

    2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, chopped
    1 ½ pounds baby carrots
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    3 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tsp onion powder
    ¾ pound sliced mushrooms
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    ¾ teaspoon salt
    ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 ½ cups water
    1 pound sea scallops
    ½ pound halibut steak, sliced
    1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

Combine all ingredients but water, scallops, fish and shrimp in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 5 hours.
Stir in the water, scallops, fish and shrimp.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
