Smokey Turkey Burgers
I was trying to imitate a recipe for a stuffed burger I saw on You Tube. I discovered that 1/4 lb of ground turkey was just not sufficient to stuff all the cheese & sauteed onions together. In an attempt to salvage the meal, I mixed everything together and made patties. Oh my gosh, it was so sinfully delicious and healthy too. Who knew???
