Introduction
I was trying to imitate a recipe for a stuffed burger I saw on You Tube. I discovered that 1/4 lb of ground turkey was just not sufficient to stuff all the cheese & sauteed onions together. In an attempt to salvage the meal, I mixed everything together and made patties. Oh my gosh, it was so sinfully delicious and healthy too. Who knew??? Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 or 2 onions, thinly sliced
2 weight watcher or Frigo LIght String Cheese
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Chili Powder
Tips
I found the string cheese convenient but you could substitute fat free shredded cheddar or mozzarella if you'd like.
Directions
Saute Onions in cooking spray.
Cut string cheese in half and string into as many pieces as possible.
Mix ground turkey, sauteed onions, string cheese and seasonings and make 4 burgers.
Grill as usual.
