*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Dill weed, dried
1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar
Dash salt
1 16 oz can Bush's Pinto Beans
2 16 oz can Bush's Chili Beans
2 -28 oz Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 large Onions, raw, diced
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper diced
1 Large Bell Pepper, Red diced
2 Chipotle Pepper in 2 Tbsp Adobo Sauce
Tips
Serve with a bit of low fat shredded cheese, dallop of non-fat greek yogurt, and/or homemade guacamole.
Directions
Cook ground turkey dry spices, brown sugar, and a dash of salt. Add diced onion and peppers with cooking spray and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add in chipotle peppers, canned beans, and crushed tomatoes and let come to simmer and reduce heat. Keep on simmer for 40 minutes.
