Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup PB2, prepared1/2 cup no sugar added peanut butter1/4 Cup sugar3/4 cup Splenda1 tsp baking soda2 egg whites
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet by spraying it well with cooking spray.

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the peanut butters and sugar until well mixed. Add in the egg whites, one at a time, mixing before well before adding the next. Lastly, add the baking soda.

2. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
