1⁄2 cup Daisy Brand 2% low-fat cottage cheese2 tbsp Daisy Brand Light sour cream3 tbsp skim milk2 lemons, zested and juiced
1. Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and milk in a food processor and pulse to puree. (You can also use an immersion blender; just place the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.)
2. Add the lemon zest and pulse to combine,
then stream in the lemon juice, whisking continuously, until the mixture is pourable. (You might
not need all the lemon juice.)
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
