My spicy shrimp and cheesy grits

Ingredients
.25 cup quick cook white corn grits1 cup water1 tbsp Low fat cream cheese1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 6 large peeled Shrimp, raw,.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 2 tbsp A Taste of Thai garlic chilli pepper sauce, 1 slices of Canadian Bacon, 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
Directions
microwave grits in water for 3 min on high
stir in cream cheese and Parmesan
season with salt, cover to keep warm

Saute onion and Canadian bacon in oil until onions clear (not brown)
add shrimp and saute until pink
add chilli sauce

serve shrimps over grits
