Guatemalan Carrot Soup

Ingredients
4 carrots (big ones)6 cups of water45 grs of butterFresh thymeSalt to tasteOptional: sour cream
Directions
Clean and chop the the carrots into pieces, cook them with the 6 cups of water until they get soft, then blend them with his own cooking water (so you won't lose the nutrients). Place in a pot, add butter, salt and thyme and let boil for 2 minutes.
